Blue Stream Update

Here's a brief rundown of things:
This is what your HOA dues cover
- TiVo Plus, Limited, Digital Core, Digital Plus and Sports Package (CLICK HERE for channel lineup)
- 3 TiVo set-top boxes
- Network DVR with storage for up to 100 hours of recording per unit
- 2 wi-fi pods
- Included internet now (600 mbps download and 600 mbps upload) this speed is approximately 2x to 3x faster than Comcast download and 5x to 6x faster upload
- increase the speed on our second, fourth, sixth and eighth anniversaries by 100 Mbps each time
- Community contract is for 8 years
CONSTRUCTION
- M-T-W-T they bore holes
- Friday and perhaps Saturday they pull wires.
- Fiber is going in back yards
- A community channel.
- Beta testing with LCS board members
- Bluestream will put signs on streets notifying owners of the new cable going it
- Lakewood will have its own phone number for service.
- Construction should be done March 2023
- End to end fiber testing early April 2023
- beta testing mid April.
- customer sign up late April
- bulk installations late April to Early august (one-on-one with each homeowner)

Blue Stream cut my water line for my yard sprinkler system. What is the fastest way to get the cut line repaired? Blue Stream has also dug up my yard for their installation and the “channels” are also resulting in dead grass. HELP, please…

HELP PLEASE. Blue Stream cut the water line for my yard sprinkler system. They also Dug up the yard with “channels” so I need water asap so the grass they stomped down has a chance of growing back.
Who is going to fix this? Please fix it quickly before more grass dies.
