Irrigation Issues/Questions

Lakewood Community Services (LCS), the master association, maintains the irrigation throughout all of the Lakewood Community. They maintain the mainline pipes, solenoids, and the clocks (Rainbird). Homeowners are responsible for all lines that feed your sprinkler heads and the sprinkler heads themselves.
