HURRICANE IRMA-RELATED
Thankfully we have seen the giant claw trucks roll through LSFI recently. For the most part the horticulture debris has been removed and we are all left with giant dead spots in our lawns. This is better than seeing the giant mounds of debris.
Unfortunately, we are still left with the construction debris. Some unfortunate homeowners did lose parts/pieces of their homes. There is no word from Collier County if or when this debris will be picked up. LSFI HOA encourages each homeowner to make arrangements to have their piles removed or contact Collier County to get an update on if they will be coming by to remove it. In some cases, you can call for a bulk pickup just like before Irma.
Again, we would like to encourage you to remove your pile if it is small enough. There are many piles, especially on Beechwood Lake Drive that could be easily placed in your green cans, even if that means doing it over two pickup days.
Lastly, the HOA by-laws are still in effect as always. The Board is fully aware and is sympathetic to those that have lost their lanais and other direct damage from Irma.
